Alexandrina Locker
Alexandrina Locker is the sole founder and sole creative force behind Good Eatery Investments, leading the company's vision, brand direction, growth strategy, and U.S. expansion. She founded the company to bring together her education in business, her love for design, creativity and in general just a love for cooking, baking and recipe making. Through Good Eatery Investments, she used her intellect to develop sophisticated operations and concept development.
Her work began with the creation and development of Street Blends®, a modern caffeine shop concept that grew from an idea into an operating brand in Antigua. Through Good Eatery Investments, Alexandrina leads the company's vision, brand direction, growth strategy, and U.S. expansion.
Her approach blends creativity with structure. She is deeply involved and solely created brand identity, menu development, customer experience, operations, design direction, and long-term planning.
